Good morning. I need help. My company is being stalked by a man who claims to be a Licensed Auctioneer in the State of Missouri. I have checked with Franklin County and St. Louis County and found no record of his license. We blocked him for bad behavior, and now he is using false credentials to run up bids with no intention of buying. He comes on-site during previews and pick-ups and harasses our staff and admitted to a Seller that he is not supposed to be on our site so he uses fake names. I have reached out to the Missouri Auctioneers Association, the Missouri Attorney General, and the Franklin County and St. Louis County Police. There seems to be no way to stop this. We block...and he finds a friend to help him weasel in. He is using three names: James Trybus, Colin Blair, and Michael Kruse (Michael is reporting him for stealing his information and bidding). What kind of legal options do we have to stop the madness. He ran one bid up to $900 and has over $500 in current bad bids.
